Inner Groove Studios is the home business of Minneapolis Musician Casey Frensz. Casey has been making Music for over two decades, and has been an active teacher and performer in the Twin Cities since moving here in 2015. After spending the last decade gathering the equipment and facilities necessary to record his own Music, he is ready to open up his resources to the community. Casey has always had a dream of creating a positive space for Musicians of all ages and backgrounds to learn, create, and collaborate- now with a freshly arranged basement studio and the help of the musicians from the community, he is bringing that dream to fruition.
I have dual passions for education and production. I strive to offer affordable rates for all Musicians and an intimate recording environment where you have access to expert Producers and a chance to learn the craft as you record, should you desire.
I can offer the comforts and benefits of home because our business is at home. This keeps things affordable and relaxed, but means you have to share the space with my lovely cats. We may not have the most square footage, but we’ve got loads of creativity and drive. We are happy to share our space, instruments, and talents with you- meet us where we’re at and we’ll meet you where you’re at!
